Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order — without giving any reason.

2. How to initiate a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to:

In your email, please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • Items you wish to return

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a deduction for diminished value.

4. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Note: Before shipping a return, please contact us at support@silentsiva.com to confirm the correct return address, as some returns may be processed via our European logistics partner.

5. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We will refund the full price of the returned items, including the original standard shipping cost. If you chose an upgraded shipping option (express, priority), only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

6. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silentsiva.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.

7. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse or wear
  • Items returned without prior communication
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
