SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across Europe. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • All 27 European Union member states
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Norway

If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@silentsiva.com to check availability.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight, and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery times

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days across all served countries.

Delivery times begin from the date of order dispatch (not order placement). Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Customs clearance (for non-EU countries: UK, Switzerland, Norway)
  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas)

4. Order processing

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 CET are processed the same day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched

5. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of order placement, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@silentsiva.com.

6. Customs and import taxes (UK, Switzerland, Norway)

For deliveries to United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

7. Failed delivery / address errors

If a delivery fails because of:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer
  • The customer not being available to receive the package after multiple attempts
  • The customer refusing the package

We are not responsible for the additional costs and the package may be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

8. Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 21 business days from the dispatch date, please contact us at support@silentsiva.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution (replacement or full refund).

9. Damaged packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Photograph the damage before opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@silentsiva.com
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved
